Service and Support Availability

Race Monitor Relaying is provided as available and we do our best to keep things online and running smoothly. Our servers are load balanced, relatively fault tolerant, and able to be scaled out quickly to meet demand.

Support is available via e-mail through our contact form and we will do our best to get back to you in a timely manner. Although we typically respond quickly to support requests, we do sleep... sometimes.

Phone support is available to Premium Relaying accounts. You can upgrade your account on the Relaying Plans page.
