EVENT AND CIRCUIT
Welcome to the 7th round of the 2025 Season at Hallett Motor Racing Circuit, September 6-7.
FRIDAY PRACTICE
Hallett Motor Racing Circuit will be holding a Motorcycle Lapping Day on Friday September 5th.
PRE-ENTRIES
The DEADLINE for PRE-ENTRIES, PRE-LICENSING, PRE-EVENT ENDURANCE TEAM REGISTRATION is noon, Tuesday 3/18.
GATE HOURS AND ADMISSION FEES
Hallett Motorcycle Lapping Day: Gates will open for early entry paddock access on Thursday September 4th from 5:00pm – 10:00pm and Friday from 7:00am – 5:00pm. The gate fee for the Hallett Motorcycle Lapping Day is $10. CMRA: Gates will open for move in from 6:00pm (5:30 for season gate pass holders) to 12:00am on Friday 9/5. The gates will be open from 6:00am to 12:00am Saturday 9/6. The gates will open at 6:00am on Sunday 9/7. All competitors need to vacate the paddock by 10:00pm on Sunday 9/7.
Gate Fees for adults are as follows: Friday from 6:00pm -Sunday $20, Saturday-Sunday, $20, Sunday only $15. Kids 12 and under are free.

TRACK SERVICES
Electricity – Electrical hookups are available on a first come first serve basis. See Jennifer Stephens in the t-shirt shop on the first floor of the tower to pay for those hookups.
Fuel – Race fuel and pump gas are available. Pay at the pump with credit card.
Food Service – The Finish Line Café, located on the first floor of the tower, will be serving breakfast and lunch at the Finish Line Café.
Restrooms/Showers – available
CONCESSIONS
The Finish Line Café will be serving Breakfast, Lunch, and snacks Friday thru Sunday.
CAMPING
Camping is free. Electricity – Electrical hookups are available on a first come first serve basis. See Jennifer Stephens in the t-shirt shop on the first floor of the tower to pay for those hook-ups.
LICENSING & REGISTRATION
Open at 6:30am daily beginning Friday 9/5.
Registration will be located in the office at the far end of the paddock directly opposite pit out.
Minor riders wishing to license at the track will require a CMRA Minor Release form is available on the CMRA App.
RIDERS BRIEFINGS
A Riders Briefing will be held each morning at 7:10am.
All riders participating in each days practice and or races are required to attend.
TECHNICAL INSPECTION
Technical Inspection will be open on Friday September 5 from 7:00 – 8:30pm Technical Inspection will open at 6:30am Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. All pre-entered riders should go directly to Technical Inspection. Contingency forms must be turned in at Technical Inspection.
Technical Inspection is located in the Tech Barn across the driveway from the Scoring Tower.
Event credential and pre-entry or at-track entry receipt is required to enter Technical Inspection.
A CMRA Tech Verification Form must be completed with VIN# and turned in annually for all machines
