EVENT AND CIRCUIT
Welcome to the 8th and final round of the 2025 Season at Eagles Canyon Raceway, October 24-26.

PRE-ENTRIES
The DEADLINE for PRE-ENTRIES, PRE-LICENSING, PRE-EVENT ENDURANCE TEAM REGISTRATION is midnight, Tuesday 10/21.

GATE HOURS AND ADMISSION FEES
The gates will open for move in from 6:00pm to 12:00am on Thursday 10/23. The gates will be open from 6:00am to 12:00am Friday 10/24 and Saturday 10/25. The gates will open at 6:00am on Sunday 10/26. All competitors need to vacate the paddock by 10:00pm on Sunday 10/26.
ECR gate Fees for adults are as follows: Thursday-Sunday $25, Friday-Sunday $25, Saturday-Sunday, $25, Sunday only $20. Kids 12 and under are free

GARAGE & RACEPORT RENTALS
There is no covered garage space available for rent.

TRACK SERVICES
Electricity – There are no electrical hookups available. Plan on bringing a generator if you need power.
Fuel – Race fuel and pump gas are available. Pay at the pump with credit card. Restrooms/Showers - available

CONCESSIONS
OVER THE TOP BAR AND GRILL
Open for lunch daily 11:00am to 2:00pm Simple breakfast available at satellite food truck each morning

CAMPING
Camping is free. No services available.

LICENSING & REGISTRATION
Open at 6:30am daily beginning Friday 10/24.
License card and event credential is required to register for races
Registration will be located in the CMRA Transporter next to the Technical Inspection building.
Minor riders wishing to license at the track will require a CMRA Minor Release form is available on the CMRA App.

RIDERS BRIEFINGS
A Riders Briefing will be held each morning at 7:10am.
All riders participating in each days practice and or races are required to attend.

TECHNICAL INSPECTION
Technical Inspection will open on Thursday 10/23 from 7:00pm – 8:30pm. Technical Inspection will open at 6:30am Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. All pre-entered riders should go directly to Technical Inspection. Contingency forms must be turned in at Technical Inspection.
Tech is located under the awning at the CMRA transporter next to pit out.
Event credential and pre-entry or at-track entry receipt is required to enter Technical Inspection.
A CMRA Tech Verification Form must be completed with VIN# and turned in annually for all machines
